Welcome to the Music History Podcast!

     This podcast is intended for anybody who loves music and history, regardless of their prior knowledge or musical training.  If you know little or nothing about music this is a quick and fun way to learn a little bit about topics that  you may be surprised to find you already know a little about! If you have already completed formal training or schooling in music these podcasts might help refresh your memory on some of those topics that you may have forgotten about.  The information isn't anything new, (it wouldn't be history then would it?) and it isn't anything you can't find online or in a music textbook yourself, but it is conveniently packaged so that you can download it all to your MP3 player and listen to it on the go.  

     As episodes are published you can browse through the list of them on the left, and you can subscribe to the podcast by clicking the button on the left side of the page as well.  I have many great ideas for topics but I would love to hear your ideas even more.  Please register and log in on the right side (it's really fast, trust me) and you'll see the topic suggestion poll right below the login box.
